Warner ploughed his profits into real estate. He owns the Four Seasons hotel in
New York, home of the most expensive suite ever built in the U.S. - Price:
$30,000 a night. He was also developing the Connoisseur Club; membership
will allow access to Four Seasons and all Warner's resorts in California,
Mexico. In September, he reportedly bought penthouse in planned mega-
skyscraper Chicago Spire. Asking price: $40 million.
