Objectives of the Case

Ideally, teachers should be able to list exactly what the

students should know and should be able to do after they
have finished the case that they didn't know and couldn't do

before they went through the case. This is the purpose of

this section of the teaching notes: to force the instructor to

be explicit about his goals and objectives.
