               Question:

               How effective is Tyrrells' distribution?


               Answer:

               Tyrrells distribute through Waitrose, Independents and
               Retail Partnerships. Perhaps fine for embryonic/growth

               stage but questionable for mature stage.



               Question:
               How can Tyrrells change the situation to grow the business?



               Answer:

               Sainsbury, Morrison's and Tesco must be seen as potential
               outlets which will need a rethinking of relationship strategy.



               Likewise, the export market must be examined in a more
               comprehensive and balanced way.
