Each element on diagram 5 opens a link to further information. It is
designed to be self- navigating, allowing examination and exploration
when and where the user requires. This on-line interactive e-resource

application may best be appreciated by seeing it in action and an online
copy link provided. This will allow access for both lecturers and students
to all six short cases, their assessment, Quick Thoughts-theory and
Teaching Guides.

All of the short cases in Diagram 5 are embedded in a single application
password protected, especially for Teaching Guide use.
