Environmental Analysis
In completing an environmental analysis it is vital to
remember that both the macro (external) and micro
(business) environments are dynamic and that it is vital for
all businesses to be aware of the current and possible future
dynamics of their operating environments.
The SWOT shows that there are more critical factors in the
Weaknesses and Threats categories than there were in the
Strengths and Opportunities ones
