ETHICAL QUESTIONS

Are they profiting off of a life or death situation?

                    • When will they stop raising prices?
                    • At what price is it considered unethical?

                    • With no competition is this fair?

Mylan has struggled to repair its tarnished image as the
scorn of consumers, the media and regulators continues to

               mount.

As with any major corporate scandal, people were
wondering how Mylan didn’t see this unexpected scrutiny

               from the public coming.

Mylan increased financial assistance available for some
patients to purchase EpiPens, a gesture that was called a

"classic public relations move" and unlikely to cover many

users. They do nothing about the high price which is still

being paid by insurers, who ultimately pass the cost onto
               consumers.
