3. How do we get there?

                              Some indication of where the organisation wants

                              to be will normally emerge as the case is read e.g.

                              - simple survival

                              - increased market share

                              - international expansion


                              and so on.




               Allied to these questions are a further set of questions

               designed not only to contextualise the case material but

               also to allow more detailed extraction of information from
               the case study - Who, what, when, where, how, why and

               what happens to the money?
