UV lamp often fail to produce enough UV radiation to kill
micro organism present in water. Efficiency and
effectiveness are very low. Low flow rate. Electrode UV
devices consume much electricity. Maintenance cost is very
high and needs experts.
Euro-ATS’ UV devices are equipped with Microwave Powered
Electrodeless lamp. Life span of electrodeless lamp is
unlimited. Electrodeless UV lamp never forms any electrode
film inside as a result of that intensity and efficiency always
remains the same. There is no risk of failing electrodeless
lamp in producing UV radiation because it is equipped with
magnetron and if magnetron stops working the device stops
working so there is no chance of getting impure water. Low
maintenance cost as there is no need of changing UV lamp.
If any device stops working just needs to replace the
magnetron. Flow rate is much higher in comparison to any
UV single unit device present in the global market. Euro-
ATS’s one single unit device can disinfect 50 cubic meter
water/h. Low capital cost as the devices work for long time
and can do a bigger volume of work in short time. One
electrode UV device can disinfect up to 18,000 liters of water
and the capital investment requires to buy and install one
device is over £12,000. Then it requires regular maintenance
in six months time and efficiency and effectiveness of this
device goes down very rapidly.
As company’s single unit devices can disinfect up to 50,000
liters of water per hour, it will replace multi units in any
