The company will primarily focus its marketing strategies on

               offering medium size electrodeless UV devices and services
               to the industrial and commercial market of customers who

               require  high-quality  UV  electrodeless  UV  devices  for  their

               water treatment facilities. The facility that Euro-ATS needs to

               have in place for production and assembling devices will be
               established  in  Edinburgh,  Scotland.  Euro-ATS  will  generate

               gross sales of £400,000 in the first year, reaching £500,000 in

               the second, and £1million in the third years.
