The timeline shows how, in today’s digitally connected
                 world, momentum can grow quickly into a significant

                 countervailing force opposed to company actions.  The

                 question is how can organisations react to this changing
                 paradigm.  For Mylan, awareness was manifest as early as

                 June 20, 2016 when the conversation about EpiPen prices

                 first became constant. They might not have seen it

                 coming but their subsequent reactions to it have to be
                 questioned.
