Learning from Class Usage
Using the case study with the class allows refinement to
take place on each iteration.
It would be easy to say that the group is stronger than the
individual but the truth is often that the case writer simply
has more information yet the individuals in the group often
have the intuitive spark that illuminates what has not been
seen earlier.
“For the things we have to learn before we can do
them, we learn by doing them.”
Aristotle
While Aristotle argued for taking frequent action, constant
action without reflection rarely enables us to learn.
However, taking time to reflect on our experiences can help
change that.
