Executive Summary
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This is a concisely written statement, usually less than one page and
placed at the front of the report.
It summarises the major points of the case and your solution.
It should describe the major issue, the proposed solution, and the
rationale supporting the solution.
Although first in the prepared presentation the executive summary is
often the last item to be addressed when undertaking a written
report.

STATED PROBLEMS
Present the central issue(s) or major problem(s) in the case here.
Do not rehash the facts of the case; assume that anyone reading the
report is familiar with the case.
Problems may be viewed as potential opportunities
