Outline how you undertook the analysis and identify the key
models and tools you applied.
You may also wish to indicate the group member’s tasks and
responsibilities.
Visual Impact
Use visual aids to maintain your audience’s attention and reinforce your
argument especially when the following are developed:
• introduce yourself and the team members and identify the scope of
the presentation
• identify the presentation objectives
• outline the models/frameworks used in your analysis
• analyse the questions posed in the case
• state your recommendations and show their supporting evidence
Think of how you can make your presentation interesting for the
audience e.g. the use of colour, charts, tables etc. can all improve the
presentation style.
Timing
Think about timing!
Most presentations will be expected to last a given amount of time.
Practice makes perfect.
If you have been allocated 20 minutes, you will realise that something is
wrong if, when practicing, your presentation lasts 40 or 5 minutes
