Wholesale Banking
Wholesale banking is the part of the business that deals only with large
companies or other financial institutions. It is usually associated with
transactions of £1m or more and can cover areas such as foreign exchange,
mergers and acquisitions and the buying and selling of stocks and shares. It
also covers some of the more complex financial products such as derivatives,
fixed-income and bonds.
