                                    encourage        the     local      governments          for


                                    involvement of the ‗local community‘ so that

                                    the  management  is  bottom  up  and  not  top


                                    down. It has been studied that participating in

                                    sustainable        development           allows       local


                                    community  to  live  better  according  to  their

                                    own  values;  instills  confidence  in  their  own


                                    ability  to  deal  with  local  issues  and  also

                                    ensures a regular livelihood.

                                    STAKEHOLDERS:


                                    Sustainable  destination  management  implies


                                    the  appropriate  utilization  of  resources  in  a

                                    manner  that  the  future  resource  requirements


                                    are  not  impaired.  The  aim  being  to  create  a

                                    win–win  situation  for  all  the  tourism


                                    stakeholders as the natural environment is  an

                                    important variable impacting the ‗demand‘ and

                                    ‗supply‘  of  tourism  services.  The  national,


                                    regional  and  local  governments  and  the


                                    tourism  enterprises,  local  community  and
