                                    and  the  well-being  of  the  community,  both

                                    economically and socially.


                                    Conventional  tourism  does  not  often  provide

                                    sources  of  funding  for  both  conservation


                                    programs  and  local  communities,  while

                                    providing incentives for protecting areas from


                                    practices and development that are harmful to

                                    the  natural  beauty  of  an  area.  Opportunities


                                    and  threats  can  only  be  controlled  through

                                    well-planned         and      managed         sustainable


                                    tourism.




                                    CONVENTIONAL TOURISM:
