Strategic Plan

As part of our commitment to continuous growth and innovation, the Lawrence
Township School Foundation (LTSF) Board of Directors and staff began working on
a new strategic plan that will guide our efforts over the next two years. This plan will
be finalized and rolled out more broadly in Fiscal Year 2024-2025.
This plan will focus on three core areas: Organizational Excellence, Community
Impact, and Student Success. These pillars will shape our initiatives, ensuring that
we maximize our resources to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Lawrence
Township students, educators, and the broader Lawrence community.

Organizational Excellence
LTSF is dedicated to achieving outstanding performance in leadership, governance,
resource management, and program delivery. Over the next two years, we will
strive to enhance our efficiency and effectiveness in these areas, ensuring that
we continue to deliver impactful programs and services. Our commitment to
stakeholder engagement is essential to our success, as we work closely with our
donors, partners, and volunteers to make a positive impact in the lives of Lawrence
Township students.

Community Impact
Over the next two years, LTSF will focus on strengthening the well-being of the
Lawrence Township community by expanding partnerships, increasing civic
engagement, and enhancing fundraising efforts. By collaborating with local
businesses, organizations, and individuals, we will generate the resources needed
to support impactful programs and services. Our efforts will prioritize initiatives
that directly benefit Lawrence Township students and families, from educational
opportunities to essential resources. Through targeted fundraising campaigns and
community-driven efforts, LTSF is committed to ensuring a lasting, positive impact
across the entire community.
Student Success
Ensuring the success of every student remains at the heart of our mission. In the
next two years, we will expand and refine programs, opportunities, and resources
that empower students to excel academically, socially, mentally, physically, and
personally. From new enriching experiences to continued academic support and
scholarships, we are committed to preparing students for bright futures in a rapidly
changing world and we are committed to powering the potential of every student in
Lawrence Township.
