Marriage is an aqad that dispilates a man and a woman who are not muhrim to
unite as a husband and wife with the words of Ijab and in witnessed by several
witnesses and guardians with the terms and conditions set by the law of Syara'
Marriage is done in order to foster a happy home based on the guidance of
Allah SWT, and follow the Sunnah of Rasulullah SAW.
