) : 33 رونلا ( ُ ل ْ ضَف نم ُ للا ُ م ينْغي ُ تح احكَن ُ نو دذيَ ُ ل ُ نيلّا ُ ففعَت سَيلو
And those who are unable to marry should keep their chastity, until God gives them
the ability of his gifts. (QS. 24:33)

This law applies to people who do not want to marry, because of their factors or

illness. A person also does not have the ability to provide for his wife and family. So,

when forced to marry, the person is feared unable to fulfill his rights and obligations

in marriage.
