      process. Just understand that preventive controls

      are more inclusive of non-CCPs/many other factors
      that must be controlled in order to produce a safe
      product. Examples of additional preventive controls
      that might not be CCPs are allergens, sanitation, and
      supply chain controls that may be required to reduce
      the risk of hazards causing an illness, injury or death
      to the consumer of a product.
