NLP-Neurolinguistic Programming
On the NLP website (nlp.com), it is described this
way:
Neuro (neurology): The physical components as
well as the mental and emotional components of
our neurology
Linguistic (language): Linguistics pertains to the
language that we use, and more specifically, how
we communicate with others and more
importantly, how we communicate with ourselves
Programming (function): Perceiving our mind as
our internal operating system, Programming is the
way our past experiences, thoughts and emotions
affect all areas of our lives
It further states:
Learning NLP is like learning the language of your
own mind!
“The conscious mind is the goal setter, and the
unconscious mind is the goal getter.”
