Planning for Milwaukee Renovations
The planning for a renovation to our Milwaukee office began in the second half of the year. When we
moved into the space initially it was truly just a space to call our own. Very few improvements were
made; we set up (6) desks and we were off and running. During 2020 we exercised an option to add
another 1,000 sf to the space as a reaction to new tenants filling the building. In 2023 we plan to add a
much-needed dedicated conference room, workroom, and potentially updated workspaces.
Oak Brook lease up in 2024
If one lesson was learned in the Chicago move it was how long these office transitions can take. Our
Oak Brook office (which we have been in now for 23 years) is next up. We have maxed out the space
with no available permanent cubicles and only a couple of hoteling workstations available. Therefore,
planning and decision making will take place during 2023.
