STAFF RECOGNITIONS –
Congratulations to Maggie Krieger who won the “Outstanding Young
Architect” award by the AIA Northeast Chapter.

Congratulations to Caroline Brogan who was honored with “Outstanding Non-
Member Supporting the Chapter” by the AIA Northeast Illinois Chapter

Becky Ryan was recognized for 15 years of service by the SMPS St. Louis
chapter.

Oscar Guzman-Franco was named the Professional Development Chair with
Arquitectos.

STEVE WELTER RETIREMENT
In January Steve Welter, a Landscape Architect, retired from
FGMA. Steve provided Landscape Architecture services for the
firm. Steve was with us for 14 years but his association with FGMA
spanned over 35 years as he worked with us when he had his own
firm and worked with a prior firm. Steve worked across the entire
firm and his contributions to FGMA was notable. Congratulations
Steve and we wish you well in the next chapter of your life.
