SIGNIFICANT PROJECTS
In 2022 the Reston office completed several signifcant projects including Reston Fire Station No.
25, City of Fairfax Fire Station 33, Burke Presbyterian Church, and Alexandria Presbyterian Church.
Reston Fire Station No. 25 is a new
17,000 sf, 4 bay fire station,
completed in January 2022. The
station has received several design
awards including: 2022 James M.
Scott Exceptional Design Award;
Merit Award | 2022 NAIOP Design
Award | 2022 Firehouse Station
Design Award; Honorable Mention
City of Fairfax Fire Station 33 is a
new 22,000 sf, three bay fire station.
The station received a 2022
Firehouse Station Design Gold
Award in the Volunteer/Combination
Category. Christopher Kehde will be
presenting the award to the Fire
Department and Mayor at the City
Council meeting on January 10 ,
2023.
Burke Presbyterian Church Dedicated in
2022, this renovation and addition updated the
antiquated restrooms and kitchen and provided
a large new multi-purpose gathering space
addition accommodating 100-150 persons in
pre- and post-service gatherings.
