Ahlada Pappu love of architecture arises from her life experience. She was
born in India and spent much of her childhood in Northern California where her
parents were working. When she was 12, her family moved back to India. As a
young teen, she was mesmerized by India’s rich palatial and temple
architecture, recognizing how architectural design influences a culture’s memory
and understanding of history. This, combined with her love of drawing and
painting, led her to Anna University where she earned her Bachelor of
                                     Architecture degree in 2018.

David Kehm originally from the St. Louis area, David earned his Bachelor of
Architecture degree from Kansas State University in 1986. While growing up, he
enjoyed building things and especially remembers that he and his mother drew
the map of an imaginary community, complete with streets, houses, and train
tracks, on the back of a Twister sheet.

Dylan Sabisch hails from St. Cloud, FL, the only incorporated town in a county
that is better known for horses and cattle than beaches. He spent long hours as
a child playing with Legos, drawing, and creating plans for housing
developments. Although he was interested in architecture, he pursued and
earned double degrees in Philosophy and Fine Arts at the University of Central
Florida. Fast forward to 2022 and Dylan has earned another set of dual degrees
                                     – his Master’s of Urban Design and a Master of Architecture!

Deanna Law the building industries are “in her blood.” Her grandfather owned a
lumber yard, and she also spent a lot of time “building things” with her father
who’s a handyman and jack-of-all-trades. These experiences, combined with a
love of art and high school drafting/shop classes, led her to Ranken Technical
College where she earned her 2017 B.S. in Architectural Technology. At
Ranken, she especially valued the practical emphasis on integrating our
knowledge of “how things are actually made” into the design process.
