Our major sale in FY 2016 was the full Wheaton College Conservatory and Performing Arts Center
project ($38M Construction Budget), which we successfully negotiated in January 2016. We were
also selected for the Law Building Classroom Revitalization Addition at the University of Illinois
Urbana-Champaign, currently carrying a $6.2M Construction Budget, but showing signs it might
increase in scope.
On the Boards and Under Construction
Wheaton College Conservatory and Performing Arts Center: Construction has begun on the first phase, renovation of the
existing Armerding building (to the right in the rendering above). The new Concert Hall addition (at left) is in the Design
Development Phase.
The SIU Edwardsville Engineering Building Addition project is in construction, with substantial
completion scheduled for this April.
