Church Completed in
2022, FGMA worked with
the church and its team of
engineers to fit 36,000 sf
of new program space on
the 3-acre parcel. A tower
accents the design with
landmark-quality
presence.

Plantation Road Located in Charleston, South Carolina,
this is the first phase of development for Monday
Properties. FGMA collaborated with the client on the
design of this new 338-unit multifamily housing
development comprised of four, three-story walk-up
breezeway buildings, one four-story elevator building and
a community clubhouse.

FGMA has also completed studies for Plantation Road II.

Lake Thoreau Pool House Working under a
Reston Association term contract with
Kimley Horne, the Reston office completed
the design of the renovated Lake Thoreau
Pool House. On schedule for a summer
opening, the project will include six lap
lanes and a ramp to provide ADA access, a
redesigned deck, a larger 25-space parking
lot, an overlook with a pollinated garden,
and expanded bathhouses.
