Austin Stone South New Campus
Construction on the Austin Stone Community Church’s first ground up construction project began this
fall. The building will be a 29,000sf Worship Center for their South Campus Congregation which
currently meets in a middle school. The final project will include a 600 seat auditorium with classrooms
and gathering spaces for ministries of all ages. The building entry centers around a large existing oak
under which an outdoor courtyard and baptismal will be built. Tilt wall panels have just begun being
erected and the expected completion date is September 2023.
St Austin Catholic Parish
Construction is expected to wrap in August of 2023 for the 108,000 SF, $32 million urban PK-8 and parish
facilities in Austin. In the first 13 months of construction FGMA has experienced a successful partnership
with Page Architects who is responsible for the 32-story private university housing located on the same
site.
