•   Our team has presented at almost every conference we attend this
                                              past year. We’ve aggressively improved on this ongoing goal over the
                                              past two years.
                        Objective 2    Increase firm visibility and brand identity. Review speaking engagements,
                                       writing articles, joining committees in the markets we participate in.
                                       •   Continued article writing and speaking engagements

                        Objective 3    Internal Training:
                                       •   A series of internal discussions led by Paul Ericksen and others is being
                                          developed to help train younger staff on fire service design elements
                                       •   Similarly, ongoing updates of practice area specific trainings, such as one
                                          on range design updates, led by Ray Lee.


               GOAL 3  TEAM INTEGRATION & COMMUNICATION
               Strengthen team’s ability to communicate as we grow our practice area.

                        Objective 1    Continued integration of Reston and now Fort Worth is ongoing.
                        Objective 2    Pursuits in Phoenix are under review on case-by-case basis.
