1. Client Retention

2022 Accomplishments
1. Client Retention
a. The “Client Touch” program continues, led by John Peters. The program focuses on
Client Management vs Project Management with specific “touch” action steps for target
clients that includes dedicated monthly follow up and reporting mechanisms.
b. To again strengthen collaborative activities with clients in 2022, we published articles in
professional journals. One highlight:
i. Samantha Blum and Ron Richardson, worked
with Glenview SD 34 leaders to write an
article, Engaging Educators to Reimagine the
Learning Environment for Essentials, the
flagship publication for the Education Market
Association (EDmarket).
c. Chicago PK-12 staff made strategic presentations at
professional conferences with, and for, our school clients.

considerations related to renewable energy”, Ron
Richardson with Robbins Swartz
ii. June 3, 2022, IASBO Academy, Schaumburg, IL, Ron

iii. June 3, 2022, IASBO Academy, Schaumburg, IL, Lynne Sorkin was part of a panel,
“Outdoor Learning Environments”
iv. June 5, 2022, IASBO Conference, Schaumburg, IL, Lynne Sorkin was part of a panel,
“Outdoor Learning Environments”
v. October 5-9, 2022, A4LE LearningSCAPES
Conference in San Antonio, Texas. Ron
Richardson and Troy Kerr gave a presentation,
Trailblazing Net Zero Energy Early Learning
Center.
vi. October 27, 2022, IASB Kishwaukee Division Meeting in
McHenry IL. In a great example of cross-practice
collaboration, Ray Lee served on a panel to discuss school
security.
