o My real passion is playing around with
colour to bring an image to life. When
creating my embroideries I look at the
u tone of a colour and then change the hue
for particular sections. I combine areas of
realistic and non-realistic colour. The fun
part is I don’t really know what the end
r product is going to exactly look like until I
complete it, as many of my colour
choices are made along the way. I am
pleased that in recent years my work has
t developed into my own individual style
where I create areas where stitching is
dense and layered and then areas where it
is more spread out and allows the fabric to
be seen.
