Due to the COVID-19
restrictions and limitations
placed on our activities, the
Management Committee
recommend the following
advice be offered to our
members who may be contemplating taking part
in Club activities in the future.
Attempts to have Club Authorised Activities has If a member wishes to have an Event in their

It is now intended to make use of the
IMPROMPTU EVENT for use by members for
other members.
In order to do so, our website has an
Application Form that when completed fully
gets automatically sent to the Events
Co-ordinator.
His job will then require resending the
Application as an email to ALL members.

Accordingly, the Application will require a start
time and those members wishing to take part in
the Event will need to phone the Applicant to
obtain the requisite details.

It is anticipated that these Impromptu Events
will often take place during mid-week.
1. You will be asked to sign an attendance
sheet.
2. Should members show any signs of illness
to avoid attendance
3. Members should not feel under pressure to
attend any Club functions
4. It is highly recommended that you have
the COVID-19 app on your mobile phone
5. Please bring your own chair/table and
hand sanitiser
