                                                                          PAM JAYA's Grand Plan targets 100% service coverage
                                                                   by 2029 with water distribution reaching 32,950 liters per second
                                                                 or equivalent to 2,846,880 m³/day. This plan includes the addition of
                                                                       new Water Treatment Plants (IPA) and the expansion of the
                                                                       pipeline network to 19,234 km to serve 1,092,255 customers.

                                                      Through this effort, PAM JAYA is committed to meeting the clean water needs of the
                                                         people of Jakarta and reducing the level of water loss (NRW) by 30%. PAM JAYA
                                                 continues to commit and innovate to ensure access to clean water for all Jakarta residents.
                                  PAM JAYA continues to accelerate the achievement of these targets, including by improving service quality and
                                                                                           ensuring optimal water supply.

                                Increasing access to piped drinking water is in line with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Number 6.1, namely
                                                     achieving universal and equitable access to safe and affordable drinking water for all.
