THE STRATEGIC PLANNING
STEERING COMMITTEE
We are pleased to present the Urban Pathways' 2024-2029 Strategic
Plan. The Strategic Plan describes the priority areas and goals that outline
our vision for the future. The strategic planning process represents a
recurring opportunity to reaffirm our mission, vision, and values as we
examine what we do well and how we might strengthen our impact.
The processes used to create this Plan were thoughtful, comprehensive and
inclusive. Every member of our Board and the Urban Pathways workforce had
multiple opportunities to contribute. The voices of the people we serve, and other
external stakeholders, are also included. Below, the numbers (in parenthesis) and
types of participation are described:
Board (17+) Board & Committee meetings, 1-day Board Retreat, Interviews, Survey.
Leadership (55+) Bi-weekly Senior Team Meetings, 1-day Senior Team retreat, Program
Leaders meetings, focus groups and Communities of Practice workgroups.
Workforce (167+) All staff meetings, 1-day all staff Employee Summit, staff survey, focus
