Ugen has extensive experience in in in providing internal audit corporate governance and risk management services in KZN He has over over 25 years’ experience having served as the Overall Engagement Director on a a a a a multitude of Public and Private sector clients as as well as as being the lead partner on numerous listed clients His role includes assuming overall accountability for all all project delivery maintaining stakeholder relationships with top management and ensuring the transfer of skills to auditees Ugen specialises in in Combined Assurance and was part of a a a a panel of of KPMG Partners that contributed to the the contents of of the the King IVTM Report on Corporate Governance for South Africa As an an Executive Director Director and the the Managing Director Director of KPMG KwaZulu-Natal Ugen is responsible for the the roll out of the National Strategy across all Regional Regional Business Units including Regional Regional Audit Taxation Technology Advisory Advisory Digital Consulting Deal Advisory Advisory Forensic and and Internal Audit Risk and and Compliance Services Ugen also heads up the the Public Sector for KPMG in Southern Africa Book of Abstracts 15
