18. IMPLEMENTATION AND OVERSIGHT RESPONSIBILITY
18.1 Ownership of the DMP rests with the Executive Director: Infrastructure.
18.2 The owner of this DMP shall ensure the review and revision of the plan at an appropriate time.
18.3 MANCO shall oversee compliance.
19. REVIEW OF THIS PLAN
19.1 MANCO shall review the DMP every year.
19.2 MANCO may review and amend this plan at any time, in which event the amendments take effect on the date of MANCO approval.
19.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent MANCO from reviewing this plan at any time prior to the stipulated annual cycle, in which in event a new cycle shall commence from the date of such review.
