IDEATION PROGRAMME GRADUATION
CSERI presented graduation certificates to the 20 entrepreneurs who had completed the Ideation programme. These entrepreneurs were equipped with the tools and knowledge to apply design thinking principles to their ventures, fostering innovation and social impact. We are incredibly proud of their dedication and commitment to making a positive difference in the world.
SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
The Centre, in collaboration with Durban University of Technology Procurement Department, proudly launched the Supplier Development Programme, a three-month initiative designed to equip and train 14 entrepreneurs who are currently supplying DUT. This program aims to transform these suppliers into exceptional partners, not only for DUT but for other companies as well. The induction ceremony was graced by the presence of DUT Procurement Director Ms. Gumbi, Ms. Cenga, Director of Financial Accounting, and Ms. Ndawonde, Transformation Specialist. They congratulated
the selected entrepreneurs and emphasized the significance of maintaining business compliance, delivering high-quality products and services, and educating themselves about DUT’s processes and systems. This program underscores The Centre’s unwavering commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and fostering a thriving business landscape. We are confident that these entrepreneurs will emerge from the program as highly skilled and competitive suppliers, ready to make a significant impact in the industry.
