RISK MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP LED BY THE RENOWNED DR. HELPER ZHOU
The Centre had the distinct honor of hosting an exhilarating Risk Management workshop led by the renowned Dr. Helper Zhou, an AI expert with extensive experience in finance, small business economics, and ESG domains. The workshop was an incredible success, providing a dynamic and engaging platform for our entrepreneurs.
Throughout the day, participants immersed themselves in invaluable sessions where they learned to identify and assess a wide array of risks, develop comprehensive risk management plans, and foster a risk-aware culture within their organizations. The enthusiasm and energy in the room were palpable as entrepreneurs eagerly absorbed Dr. Zhou’s insights and practical strategies.
This event not only enriched their knowledge but also equipped them with essential tools to navigate and thrive in the ever-evolving business landscape. The workshop was a resounding success, inspiring everyone involved to elevate their risk management practices to new heights!
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The Centre for Social Entrepreneurship hosted a session on Quality Management Systems for its incubated entrepreneurs. Guest speaker Mrs. Seshme Holloway, founder of JRS Solutions, shared her experience with ISO certification and how it helped grow her business turnover. The SMMEs learned about setting quality plans, documenting procedures, and conducting customer satisfaction checks.
