Administration Report
Church Administration exist to equip the staff and members of Cornerstone to be the church and to
do the work of the church in a coherent and comprehensive manner. It is the guidance provided by
church leadership to lead the church to use its spiritual, human, physical, and financial resources to
move Cornerstone toward reaching its objectives and fulfilling its purpose.
The following is a summary of the 2021/2022 fiscal year accomplishments:
• Hired a new Children’s Minister and Children’s Ministry Assistant, Media Director and Audio
Tech.
• We continued retrofitting the fluorescent lights in Building B with LED lighting and the foyer of
Building A. This helped save money on the electric bill.
• We remolded some of the classrooms in Building B by changing the flooring.
• We changed the final 5% of the parking lot lights to LED lights.
• We added additional handicap parking spaces to the south side of the building and added new
handicap spaces and an access ramp to the north side of the building.
• Installed new campus wide directional signage for the church and school.
• We fixed the areas of the doors where water was leaking in through the lighting wiring and
running down the walls. The holes where sealed to prevent the water from coming in.
• We have switched our phone lines over to digital lines and converted the security and eleva-
tor lines to those required for our safety and security.
• Hosted Teacher Appreciation meals for Williams Elementary and Bebensee Elementary as well
as provided breakfast for Donuts with Dads for Bebensee Elementary.
• We repaired the handicap doors and now have them working properly with timing.
• We upgraded all facade lights to LED.
• Replaced all the dead bushes in front of the church and along the sides.
• Replaced old fencing around the AC units and the dumpster.
