Children’s Ministry

The Children’s Ministry primary objective is to disciple and nurture children so they can, with confidence, live and share
their faith with others. We provide a safe and loving environment so they can enjoy learning about God while having
fun.

• Continued with AWANA both in person and via Zoom for the year. The AWANA store was held in-

person for each store.

• Hosted the second annual Kid’s Resurrection Scavenger Hunt around the neighborhood of the

church. We had over 55 families participate.

• The Lil Girl’s Praise Dance ministered at several Women’s Ministry events and for the church on

Sunday morning.

• Sponsored desserts and lunch for Teacher Appreciation for Bebensee Elementary and Williams

Elementary.

• Held VBS in person June 26-30 with over 100 kids participating. This year we introduced specialty

classes that included cooking, STEM, construction, music writing, drama, dance, crafts, and more.

• Held a kid Back to School supply drive through.

• New Minister of Children added to staff in 2022.

• The Sunday morning kids worship attendance went from 12 to 55 and still growing.
