With 52 participants in the program, a total of 294 lbs. were dropped over the last 12 weeks. We had
both members and non-members participating from the DFW area to California and Louisiana. We add-
ed 5 levels (bronze through diamond) to the challenge to incentivize participation and activity within the
program. This program encouraged a lifestyle of discipline and we addressed the spiritual, physical,
mental, and emotional aspects of the participants lives. There was a daily activity tracker, food journals,
social interaction, community activity, small group pods for accountability, bi-weekly online group exer-
cise classes, Saturday morning hikes and walks, and amazing virtual classes led by Dr. Patricia Wilson,
on health, exercise, food, the body, mental health and more. Participants received points for becoming
more disciplined and completing the daily activities which included devotional and Bible reading, getting
at least 7 hours of sleep, and social connections outside of one's family members. The following lists
are those who achieved bronze level (step 1) and those who advanced to diamond level (step 5). Many
of those on the bronze level moved through and to the other levels as well.

Laquita Reed Bobbie Cox tracker, and led the classes, it would have been a little hard-
er for this group to drop some of those covid-19 pounds.
Our Wellness Ministry team members also provided help and encouragement as they served as pod
leaders. THANK YOU Pastor, Lady Vera, Dr. Pat and the Wellness Team!!
