The POST CLOSE is the important step that keeps the job secure after you leave the home. Avoid the “heartbreak” of a cancellation by having a common sense system of buttoning up the sale.
It’s time to reassure the customer that they made a wise decision. A professional button up includes the following three things:
1. They know your Company and its importance to completing the job.
2. They understand the Products they are getting.
3. They know what happens next!
In your own words, deliver the following messages:
Mr. & Mrs. Prospect, maybe the most important decision you made tonight was to do business with a solid company such as ours.
When you deal with a company you can trust, that
gives you comfort that the quality of the products is good and the price is fair.
Just being able to see the full sized samples in your home helps to evaluate the quality, doesn’t it?
You, like most people, looked to the energy savings as a logical reason to make this investment. But don’t be surprised that the things you enjoy the most about your

Oxford windows are the easy cleaning, the reduction in noise level and of course, there’s no more painting or repair.
