We Do For God.
We Kept Our Promise
Lifting the bread in offering,
Bishop Thomas Costello cele­
brated communion with CBA
students.
During the month of May, the SADD
chapter organized a day devoted to prevent
drinking and driving. Students in all grades
participated in six hours of demonstrations
and class discussions. The SADD chapter v/as
also responsible for endorsing a document
called the Prom Promise, which stated that
the person would not drink on the nights of
the Junior Prom and the Senior Ball. Because
every student signed and kept up to the
conditions of the document, CBA was
awarded first place in Division C by the
insurance company who sponsored the Prom
Promise project. This accomplishment dem­
onstrated the more active role that the CBA
SADD chapter has begun to play in stu­
dents' lives.
