Helping Those in Need
he LaSalle chapter of the National Honor
Society at CBA has continued its efforts
this year to help our community.
In our own school, a year-round tutoring
program assisted those students needing aca
demic help. Members offered their time and
N.H.S.
Our chorus members had a
great sound. Here they lead the
school in song during a mass.
talent to help other students succeed in their
courses. A Thanksgiving food drive provided
canned food to many who would have other
wise gone hungry. The success of the drive was
credited to the compassionate students of the
CBA community who donated the food. In the
spring, the blood drive brought out donors from
everywhere to help those sick or in need.
The NHS has done a terrific job contributing
to the well-being of the community, and all
hope this level of involvement will continue in
future years.
