The Region V Regatta was plagued by no wind on both days, but
all had a good time socializing. In addition, Bob Conkey, Fleet 29
and the owner of Ensign Spars, took the opportunity to test the
flotation in Ensign #3, SEA III by pumping the boat full of water.
The good news is that after all these years SEA III still floats!
