Chocolate Chip Blonde Brownies












































               Prep Time: 15 Minutes • Start to Finish: 3 Hours 45 Minutes • Makes 24 brownies


                     2 cups Gold Medal all-purpose flour
                     2 teaspoons baking powder
                     1 teaspoon salt
                     2 cups packed brown sugar
                     ⅔ cup butter or margarine, softened
                     2 teaspoons vanilla
                     2 eggs
                     1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)


               1  Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of 13 x 9-inch pan with
               cooking spray, or grease with butter. In small bowl, mix flour, baking
               powder and salt; set aside.


               2  In large bowl, beat brown sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs with electric
