1 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Wet ingredients:
¼ cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 large eggs large eggs
¾ cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon red food coloring

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 12 muffin cups
with paper liners.

Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, and baking powder together in a
