1 cup water
⅓ cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs eggs
8 ounces fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon water
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
¼ cup water
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup butter
5 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons milk, or as needed
