paper and spread the fruit out and freeze thoroughly. Once
frozen, pack the fruit into ziptop bags, remove the air, and label
and date the bag. I freeze in portions appropriate for a pie, but
IQF means it’s possible to scoop out as much or as little fruit as
needed for a recipe.
