3 In a medium bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Stir in the
sugars, honey, vanilla, egg, and melted butter.
4 Add the wet mix to the well in the center of the dry mix. Stir until
just combined. Stir in the walnuts.
5 Pour the mix into the loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a
toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6 Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Loosen the loaf from the
pan along the edges with a butter knife and overturn the loaf onto a
wire rack. Allow to rest upright until completely cool (approximately 1
hour).
7 Wrap the loaf in plastic wrap and store at room temperature for 1
day before serving.
Serve to a disgruntled shapeshifter to thank him for protecting you from goblins!
